I don’t want it to sound like “big words” or a marketing slogan.  This is the reality in which we work and create. Most of those with whom we have collaborated on the creation of projects become an integrative part of our company, even contractors and freelancers. Our relationships are not like some dull corporate connections. Sometimes one of the managers may call a well-known director in the other end of the world in the middle of the night and suggest some crazy idea. He will get out of bed without hesitation and get down to business, even if the project is just at the level of an idea… I have not seen this in any other company in the world. It makes me happy and inspired that all members of the team sincerely appreciate each other and are friends among each other. My dream and goal is to scale up the company while maintaining this culture.
